Equipment

Capstone maintains a wide variety of apparatus and equipment purpose-built for industrial environments. We can operate client-owned equipment or deploy our own fleet, ensuring every facility is properly resourced and ready for any incident.

Qualified Personnel

All personnel are direct Capstone employees, enabling full oversight and quality control of our services. Capstone certified personnel undergo extensive background investigations, work capacity testing, physical agility testing, stress electrocardiogram (ECG), spirometry, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Personnel complete a 40 to 80 hour academy upon hiring, allowing us to evaluate skills and readiness before deployment to any client facility.

Each team member receives a task book and career development guide, supporting their advancement to the next position and rank.

Minimum Qualifications

Industrial Firefighters hold EMT certification, Firefighter I and II, Confined Space Rescue Technician designation, HAZ-MAT FRO, and TEEX Flammable Liquid certification.
